Social Grub Club: Terms and Conditions

By booking with Social Grub Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Making a booking

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • You must be over 17 years old.
  • Unfortunately we cannot adapt the menu to suit particular dietary tastes, intolerances or allergies so please check the planned menu and ensure you are happy with it before you book. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to booking.
  • We cannot guarantee a completely nut-free or gluten-free cooking environment.
  • We reserve the right to substitute ingredients and dishes on the menu at our discretion.
  • Please disclose any medical condition that may affect your ability to take part, or follow instructions, when you book.
  • Please ensure that you provide up-to-date contact details so we can keep in touch with you and let you know of any changes to your booked session.

Health and safety

We may decline a booking, or to ask you to leave without a refund, if we believe there may be an unacceptable risk to your health and safety or to that of our other customers and our staff. Please ensure you follow all safety and operating instructions given to you during the session.

Cancellations

We regret that no refunds will be given in the event that you cannot attend the session you have booked. We strongly advise customers to take out insurance in the event that they are prevented from attending due to illness, adverse weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.  Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the session. If you find you are unable to attend a session less than 28 days before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place but please let us know their name as soon as you can. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur.
